BUNAC is an organization that can help students or recent grads with visa sponsorship which will allow you to work in Ireland for up to 12 months. BUNAC will provide work assistance and help get you started. Well worth the relatively small fee ($360). They have been around for a long time and have helped thousands of students and recent grads.
They also offer programs in the UK, Australia/NZ, Canada and other locations.
