Jiaotong University and the University of Liverpool have partnered to offer a range of English taught courses in Suzhou (just west of Shanghai). The Masters in Business Analytics course takes 18 months and costs $18,000 for the entire 18 months. This is a high demand career with excellent career prospects and high pay. The cost of living is cheaper than most western countries, around $300 USD per month rent and $100-200 per month on food (depending on where you eat).
